Painted steel churns

Apart from using aluminium, milk churns were also made from steel but in most instances these have, over time, acquired a layer of rust. We therefore tend to paint these with a range of attractive colours using Hammerite rust proof paint. They can however be supplied unpainted if that is what is required. A further option is to repaint them silver, so as to more closely match what the churn originally looked like. Prices of vary from £22 to £30 for painted churns, unpainted ones being approximately £5 less.
