Cast iron weights

These old cast iron weights are available in a variety of sizes from 56lbs down to 5lbs, and occasionally smaller. The middle range of weights (28lbs to 7 lbs) make extremely effective doorstops, especially to prop open garden gates to avoid them clashing shut. The larger 56lb weights are often used by market stall holders to keep their stall awnings in place. Prices vary from £5 to £ 14 depending on weight.
